Project Manager / Employer Branding
As a project manager, I am responsible for the implementation of new software tools. These include recruiting software, a CRM and a training tool. In addition to implementation, the task includes configuration, testing and operationalization before the go-live, as well as onboarding employees. I also develop an employer branding concept in collaboration with the marketing department.

Senior Recruiter
As a senior recruiter, I was responsible for the entire recruiting process from active sourcing to onboarding. My tasks incuded worlking closely with the Emploer Branding and Marketing departments. In addition, I was responsble for the management of the OKRs at the Frankfurt location and organized and imlemented workshops and team-building measures. I also drove forward the reorganization of the Recruitment department.

As a recruitment consultant, I was responsible for the recruiting process from sourcing to contract signing. Additionally, I was responsible for the design of the employer brand an helped to develop DVC’s future strategy.

As a consultant, I was responsible for the implementaiton of custoer projects. This included creating project-specific documentation and specifications according to ITIL. Additionall, I was responsble for quality assurance measures and project controlling.

Project Manager
As a project manager, I have independently implemented complex customer projects in national and international environments. The projects included the implementation of software and hardware for voice recording as well as the recognition of keywords for the categorization of recorded conversations according to MiFID II and DSGVO. Tasks included the preparation of project plans and project-specific documentation, the coordination and implementation of project specifications and quality assurance measures. Project control was carried out independently with regard to time, scope, costs and quality and also included reporting to the management. The execution and coordination of meetings and project discussions with customers and developers were also part of the tasks as well as the coordination of training measures for the customer. Service Level Management was based on ITIL principles.

Consultant
As a consultant I was responsible for the placement of specialists and management personnel. I covered the entire project cycle. This included the execution of searches, direct identifications and candidate interviews. The applicant management and database maintenance was carried out by me on my own responsibility. Customer contacts and on-site visits for briefings and to coordinate appointments were as much a part of my duties as coaching candidates during the application process.

Personnel consultant
The newly founded personnel consultancy was established and structured by me. This included the creation of the external image and the structuring of the internal and external work processes. After the successful implementation of the organizational structure, a pool of applicants for the placement of specialists and executives was established.

Head of Partner Management
After successful rebuilding I took over the leadership of the partner management. My tasks included the structuring of the existing partners and an analysis of the need for partnerships. The acquisition of new partners was as much my responsibility as the support of existing business partners.
Head of communications
To improve internal and external communication, I developed a basic concept and implemented it in coordination with the management. This included the coordination of press relations and the areas of marketing and sales and the creation of a coordinated marketing concept. At the same time I analysed and restructured the internal communication. This included the introduction of information channels for employees as well as internal and external event management.
Project Manager petnatur
I managed the petnatur webshop after a complete relaunch. The relaunch included, among other things, the revision of the brand image including the development of a new marketing plan and the realignment of the product portfolio including organic certification. Purchasing was optimised and the entire shop was internationalised. Independent controlling and regular reporting to the management were also part of my responsibilities.
Project Manager MBA Exchange Program
The MBA exchange program with University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign was designed and implemented by me in close consultation with the management. My responsibilities included the direct supervision of the pre-selected MBA students, including the control of the work results in the home office and in the on-site internship. I led the preparation of the analysis of the American online market and regularly reported the progress to the management. The independent organization of the internship at the company headquarters was as much a part of my responsibilities as the comprehensive on-site support.
Project Manager Transport Damage Management
The transport damage management was completely restructured by me. My tasks included the recording and optimisation of the existing processes for recording and handling transport damage from various logistics partners and web shops, as well as the control of billing and damage reports. The implementation of the changes as well as their control and the training of the employees were also part of the project scope.
Project Manager Invoice Controlling
I restructured the invoice controlling for inventories. My tasks included the creation of processes for checking inventories and comparing them with the invoice inventory as well as their implementation.
BNP PARIBAS
Project Management/Business Analyst
I managed the project to reinsource the payments department from a sister company. My tasks included the cost-benefit analysis, the creation of the concept and its implementation including the selection of the necessary transaction software as well as the organisation of the training of the employees. Another project I managed was the redesign of a software for the administration of user rights. My tasks here included the creation of the business and IT specifications. The implementation and testing of the software as well as user training were also part of the project scope.
As a business analyst, I created a technical specification for the introduction of a new trading method of Deutsche Börse AG. The tasks included the evaluation of the impact on the back office of the investment bank and the requirements for implementation. Another task in this area was the introduction of process documentation in all departments of the branch. For this purpose, the existing processes were recorded and optimized and documented with the help of Aris.
Project Management
In the context of the introduction of standards for project management, I was responsible for the restructuring of project management processes and the introduction of new standards. This also included the introduction of standardized project documentation for planning and controlling projects.
MUMMERT + PARTNER
Project Management
In a major project (>200 employees) in a major German bank, I was responsible for the coordination of the sub-projects and the communication between the individual sub-projects with internal and external employees as assistant to the overall project management.
Creation of Technical Concepts
In the course of my work I have prepared various studies and specifications. These included studies on the impact of upcoming changes in legislation and various professional and technical specifications in sales and transaction management. In addition, I developed professional and technical specifications for the development of a message transfer database.
Market Analyses
Various market analyses were also part of my duties. These included a market potential analysis for the European consulting market and an analysis of the private banking market in Switzerland.
Marketing
As one of the first graduates of the newly designed trainee program, I was significantly involved in the creation and implementation of the marketing campaign for the internal and external marketing of the trainee program.
Human Ressources
In addition to the conception of a knowledge database for the optimization of personnel planning, I was involved in the recruiting of university graduates and the associated assessment center. As a basis for the development of incentive concepts for the recruiting of graduates, I conducted a benchmark analysis on trainee programs at consulting companies.
Trainee Training
In the course of the trainee training as interface consultant IT/specialist department I got to know different programming languages and learned the conception of databases. The basic IT knowledge became the basis for the mediation between business and IT department in various customer projects.
